High temperature performance

高溫性能

When the battery is standard charged, it shall be put into a chamber at ( 55±2 )℃ for 2h, then discharged at 1.0C5A constant current to it reaches over discharge protection voltage at（20±5）℃.

完全充電后置于55±2℃，2h用1C₅A放電至終止電壓。

Discharging shall not be less than 51 minutes; and the battery appearance has no deform, no leak-out and no explosion.

電池放電時間不少于51min，電池外觀無變形、無爆裂。

Low temperature performance

低溫性能

When the battery is standard charged, it shall be put into chamber at ( -20±2 )℃for 16-24h,then discharged at 0.2C5A constant current  before it is taken out and put into the temperature of ( 20±5 )℃for 2h for its appearance check with eyes.

完全充電后置于-20±2℃，16-24h用0.2CA放電，結束后將電池置于20±5℃條件下擱置2h，觀察電池外觀。

Discharging shall not be less than 3 hours; and the battery appearance has no deform, no leak-out and no explosion.

電池放電時間不少于3小時，電池外觀無變形、無爆裂。

Electrical load maintenance ability

荷電保持能力

When the battery has completed standard charged, it shall be disconnected and put aside for 28 Days at (20±5)℃,then discharged at 0.2C₅A.

完全充電后,在25±5℃條件下，將電開路擱置28天，再0.2C₅A放電。

Discharging shall not be less than 4.25 hours

放電時間不少于4.25小時

Constant Humidity & Heat Requirement

恒定濕熱性能

As the battery has completed fast charging with constant current,it shall be put into the (40±5)℃,90%-95%RH thermos humidistat for 48h; then taken out at（20±5）℃for 2h. Check its appearance with eyes. Obtain its discharging time after it is discharged at 1C₅A  to its final voltage

完全充電后，在40±2℃，相對濕度為90%-95%的恒溫恒濕條件下擱置48h后，再取出放在20±5℃條件下擱置2h 再以1C₅A放電。

The battery appearance shall have no distortion, no explosion, no fire, no smoke and no leak-out, and its discharging time should not be less than 36 minutes.

電池外觀應無明顯變形、銹蝕、冒煙或爆炸，放電時間不低于36min。

Overcharge Protection

過充電保護性能

When the battery is fully Discharged, go on loading for 7h with a 4.6 voltage(for Individual Cell), 3C  out put current, it starts the over charge protection function.

電池完全用放電結束后，用恒流恒壓源給電池加載7h，恒流恒壓源按每節電壓4.6V設定，電流設定為3C。

The battery appearance has no explosion, no fire。

電池應不爆炸，不起火。

Over discharge Protection

過放電保護性能

The battery is discharged at 0.2C5A  in the constant current till it reaches over discharge protection voltage at（20±5）℃, connected with a 30Ω lead and discharged for 24h

電池在環境溫度20±5℃的條件下，以0.2C₅A放電至終止電壓后，外接30Ω負載電阻放電24h。

The battery appearance has no explosion, no fire。

電池應不爆炸，不起火。

Short-circuit Protection

短路保護性能

As the battery has completed charging, short circuit the positive and negative contacts with 0.1Ω resistor for 1h for appearance check, then disconnect the resistor between the contacts, the battery shall be charged at 1.0C5A mA in the constant current for 5S

電池完全充電后,將正負極用0.1Ω電阻短路1h，將正負極斷開后，電池以1C₅A電流瞬時充電5S。

The battery appearance has no explosion, no fire。

電池應不爆炸，不起火。

Free Drop

自由跌落

After bump testing, the battery shall be immediately dropped from the height of 1000mm （minimum height）onto a 18mm～20mm hard board on the cement floor. Free drop one time respectively from X、Y、Z positive and negative axis(six directions). After that, the battery is discharged at 1C5A to its final voltage.

碰撞試驗結束后，將樣品電池從1000mm高處自由跌落于水泥地面上的18-20mm厚的硬木板上，從X,Y,Z正負六個方向每個方向1次。試驗結束后,能完全充放電不少于3個循還。

The battery appearance has no distortion, no explosion, no fire, no smoke and no leak-out. Its internal construction nloosened discharging shall not be less than 51 minutes.

電池應不漏液，不冒煙，不爆炸，放電時間不低于51min。

Cycle Life

循環壽命

The battery shall be constantly charged at 0.2C₅A in the temperature of (20±5℃). When its voltage reaches , it shall be charged to constant voltage charging. It shall not stop charging until its current is no more than 0.01C₅A .Put it aside for 0.5h-1h then discharge with 1C₅A in the constant current to its final voltage. When the discharging is finished, the battery shall be put aside for 0.5h-1h and has the next charge and discharge recycle. The above recycle test shall be continued unless there are two continuous discharging capacity less than 80%, which is taken as the end of the life.

電池循環壽命試驗應在20℃±5℃，以0.2C₅A充電，當電池端電壓達到充電限制電壓時，改為恒壓充電，直到充電電流小于或等于0.01C₅A，停止充電擱置0.5h-1h，然后以1C₅A電流放電至終止電壓，放電結束后，擱置0.5-1h，再進行下一個循還，直至連續兩次放電容量小于80%，則認為壽命終止。
